It purports to be a list of lots of " advanced" / "special" adjectives that you can "sprinkle" into your sentences. ... but I don't see how they're particularly special at all.
That's probably why I had forgotten all about them.

1. Desagradecido Meaning: Ungrateful
Example: No seas desagradecido con tus padres. (Don’t be ungrateful to your parents.)
Synonyms: Ingrato, desnaturalizado
2. Inesperado Meaning: Unexpected
Example: El divorcio de Fernanda fue inesperado. (Fernanda’s divorce was unexpected.)

3. Incipiente Meaning: Budding, emerging
